Key Guidelines

  • Submit government photo ID (PAN / Aadhaar / Driving Licence) for all delegates.
  • Postgraduate students must provide a bonafide certificate from their Head of Department.
  • Avoid bulk payments for multiple delegates; register individually where possible.

Terms & Conditions

  • Registered delegates receive the delegate kit, access to all halls, Trade Exhibition, lunches, and the banquet.
  • The date of receipt of the registration form and fees determines the applicable tariff.
  • Registration is confirmed only after funds are received; the committee is not liable for payment failures.
  • Registrations are strictly non-transferable; name changes or substitutions are not permitted.
  • The Organizing Committee may cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • By registering, participants consent to the use of their data for conference-related communications.

Cancellation Policy

  • All registrations for OSSICON 2027 are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • No refund shall be applicable in case of cancellation, withdrawal, or non-attendance.
  • No requests for refunds, credits, or transfers will be entertained by the OSSICON 2027 Secretariat.
  • The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
