OSSICON 2027 is open to bariatric and metabolic surgeons, anaesthesiologists, endocrinologists, psychiatrists, dieticians, nurses, physical trainers, resident surgeons, and all allied healthcare professionals involved in the management of obesity and metabolic disorders. Industry representatives and medical companies are also welcome as exhibitors and sponsors.

You can register online via the Online Registration page. Select your delegate category (OSSI Member, Non-Member Surgeon, Resident Surgeon, or Integrated Health Personnel), fill in your details and submit the form. The applicable fee type (Early Bird, Regular or Spot) is applied automatically based on the date of registration. You can then pay securely online and will receive your confirmation by email.

Early Bird (till 31st October 2026): OSSI Member ₹12,000 | Non-Member Surgeon ₹14,000 | Resident Surgeon ₹4,500 | Integrated Health Personnel (1 Day) ₹4,500 | Integrated Health Personnel (Full Conference) ₹6,000.
Regular (1st November – 31st December 2026): OSSI Member ₹14,000 | Non-Member Surgeon ₹16,000 | Resident Surgeon ₹6,500 | Integrated Health Personnel (1 Day) ₹6,500 | Integrated Health Personnel (Full Conference) ₹8,000.
Spot (1st January 2027 onwards): OSSI Member ₹20,000 | Non-Member Surgeon ₹24,000 | Resident Surgeon ₹10,000 | Integrated Health Personnel (1 Day) ₹10,000 | Integrated Health Personnel (Full Conference) ₹12,000.

Abstracts can be submitted online via the Abstract Submission page. Submissions are open from 1st September 2026 and the deadline is 15th November 2026 at 23:59 IST. Abstracts must follow the structured format: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion, with a maximum body length of 350 words. Presenting authors must register and pay conference fees to be eligible to present.

Yes. Cancellation requests submitted in writing receive a partial refund on a sliding scale depending on how far in advance you cancel (up to 90% if cancelled 60+ days before the event; no refund within 15 days). Registrations may also be transferred to another person at no extra cost up to 7 days before the event. Full details are available on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

Medical device companies, pharmaceutical companies, nutrition brands, and healthcare technology providers can register their interest via the Sponsorship & Exhibition Registration page. Multiple tiers are available \xE2\x80\x94 from Conference Partner and Platinum Sponsor to Silver, Associate, and individual item sponsors (lanyard, bag, Wi-Fi, etc.). Exhibition stalls are available in standard, premium, corner, island, and custom configurations.
